Usually, after the steps I provided earlier, you have to try once, it will say that it can't check for malware and not open. After that, you have to right click then open and click open anyways.

To fix the "it can't be opened" stuff:

1: Open the terminal then type cd [space] then drag the app into the terminal and enter.

2: Right click and enter the package, navigate through Contents to the MacOS folder.

3: Remove the spaces from the name of the document within. 

4: Type in the terminal chmod +x Contents/MacOS/WorldOfSisters

That should turn the document into an executable. After you complete these steps, you should be able to launch normally.

I noticed that there isn't an incest patched version for MacOS, is that already included or is there something that I must download for the incest patch?

The solution to that problem varies from game to game, as I have not purchased the game, I cannot give advice on this matter. For me, I usually just search around in the settings looking for a resolution or fullscreen setting and adjust that accordingly. If you can't see the edge of the game, it is likely that the resolution is set for a screen larger than yours. Some flash games that I played have a similar problem, but they were designed for smaller screens. 

I would recommend attempting to contact the developer with issues of screen resolution and device compatibility, as they would likely have far more insight than I do. 

If it says that it can't be opened, open Terminal, type cd, space, then drag the application into the terminal and enter. After that, go into the package and go into the MacOS folder. After that, you type chmod +x Contents/MacOS/(the name of the document/s in the MacOS folder). This will usually turn it from a document into an executable and it will work. If it doesn't change it, it might work but also might not. After this when trying to open it, try once by double clicking, then right click and click open, then open anyway.

I have enough defense die and not enough attack die that against the bear, he outspeeds and does no damage, then I do no damage, repeat ad infinitum.

May I have a list of  files that should be executable in the mac version?

Explanation of my request: On mac, sometimes, the files that should be executable are converted into documents. Using the terminal, you can turn documents into executables. Normally, the ones that must be executable are all in the MacOS folder (my experience with most renpy games) but it doesn't work with this game. My theory on why it doesn't work is that some files that should be executable are not.

I figured out how to make downloaded mods work on a mac.

1. go to customize on any character
2. then select custom body and click select folders
3. after that, click on any of the user:// things. This opens a window where you copy the path
4. then go to finder and shift command g and paste the path but delete the last /portraits or /bodies
5. click the name at the top and drag the folder to the side of your finder for easier access
6. from there, just place the mods you want to use into the mods folder
7. add them in the mod window ingame

This works for some mods that say it requires the EML (Which I haven't found a way to make work on a mac) Specifically, it works for the Conquest tweaks. I haven't tested much else

I replied to a comment above with instructions on how to fix this. You don't need any unzipping programs, the default on in the mac works fine. Edit, I read other comments on your comment and sombody else already said it.

I use a Mac and I have a way to make it work on Mac. When an app says it doesn't work, look into the package contents and go into the MacOS folder. If what is in the folder isn't an executable, then type cd then space then drag app into terminal then enter. Then use chmod +x Contents/MacOS/whateverfilename If there are spaces in the document file name, delete spaces on the file name before entering said file name because it's wonky if there are spaces in the name in the terminal. Make sure to add the spaces back to the file name when you're done turning it into an executable just to be safe. (I've never not added the spaces back so I don't know what happens if you don't)

Dunno if it will work for you but It works for me a lot of the time. It has a history of not working for ones where the file name inside the MacOS folder is nwjs. It succeeds in making it an executable but when opened, it just crashes. I just don't play those ones.

If you are having problems with the "can't scan for malware" etc., after the first notification, click ok then right click (two finger click) then open then follow from there. 

I don't know what to do if it says it is damaged though.

I couldn't find the popup. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I only see my browser, the game, system preferences, and finder. I do not see a popup. I followed the instructions. I do not know if I am doing something wrong. Would having the game in downloads instead of applications cause problems?

It blackscreened again It did show the unity logo thing before it blackscreened though.

I might try it again since I know how to recover if it is blackscreens again.

My mac has MacOS Monterey v 12.0.1 and is a 14 inch macbook pro 2021.

I opened it after it said the usual thing for apps not from apple store. Then it blackscreened and went full screen. I could still hear the youtube videos in the background. The close button didn't show up when I went to the top of the screen. I also couldn't switch apps because fullscreen hides the bar. So I tried turning off and turning on the computer, but that didn't work. So I restarted it. This is on a mac btw.

I will monitor this for future improvements. It looked promising before it blackscreened and I had to restart my computer.

I just gave up after trying the first 3 solutions and doing the simple chmod which is just chmod +x Contents/MacOS/nwjs not using the sudo stuff. Winebottler doesn't work well with my mac. I am currently playing on the newgrounds version, so no further assistance will be necessary. Thanks for the help.

When open it not in the terminal, it just says it closed and when I try to open it in the terminal, it says:

I don't know how to find save files on mac. I have combed through the files twice and still haven't figured out where they are. I would appreciate some help with finding where the save files are.
